Return Policy

You can return a new and unused product ordered by you on www.Trave-Blue.com by following these steps:

  • You must notify us that you wish to cancel your order or return the product(s) that you order within 7 working days of delivery of the product(s) to you for a full refund by contacting us at:

  • You must return the product(s) to us at the following address, and we must receive your returned product(s) at this address within 28 days of delivery of the product(s) to you:

  • The product(s) must be returned unused in the original packaging with all original materials included with the shipment.

  • We will inspect the returned product(s) upon receipt and notify you if a refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date that we receive the returned product(s).

  • If it is determined that a refund will be issued, we will refund the original purchase price and original delivery charge of the product(s), and you can expect to receive a refund within 14 business daysweeks depending on your method of payment. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

  • We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to product(s), which occurs during their return to us, and therefore, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned product(s) are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for such loss or damage or not to issue any refund to you.

  • If you wish to return the product(s) delivered to you because the product(s) are incorrect or damaged, you must follow the steps set forth in this Return Policy, and after we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect the product(s) and provide you replacement product(s) or issue you a refund, at our sole discretion. If the return is due to your belief that the product is defective, but if the product is not found to be defective, shipping costs will apply and a partial refund may be issued.
